Road recovery called up upon request, mainly unfortunate accidents or break down happen to users they will call one of road recovery service operator, or Car Dealer may supply those service but most of them are out source actual towing process to private operator. Insurance company has same scheme as dealers, Those new purchased car has warranty some has 5 years or 100,000km mileage whichever faster,new owner of car experience break down while this period I am sure they are not happy and call dealer agent and make big noise.

So who will be actually calling private towing truck companies and deal directory? And who is setting the market price of towing service ?
